 Where do the parties take place?
 

We’re a mobile service so we bring the entire craft setup to you! We can host at your home, a rented venue, a restaurant, a community center, or even outdoors (weather permitting). All we need is a table and chairs for your guests. Our parties are perfect if you're hosting a bachelorette, bridal shower, birthday party, or want an exrra special casual night in! 
 

Do you host events at restaurants or cafes?
 

Yes! We collaborate with local venues to offer public workshops that help bring in customers and anyone can buy tickets for. Just like our private parties, we set up, lead the session, and promote it alongside the venue to help boost turnout.
 

How far in advance should I book?
 

We recommend booking at least 15 business days in advance to allow time for custom supply ordering and to secure your preferred date.

 What’s included in a party package?
 

We provide:

• Premium craft supplies and tools

• Table coverings and setup materials

• Step-by-step instruction

• Friendly event hosting and cleanup
  You just provide the space (and optionally, snacks or drinks if you'd like)!
   

How much do parties cost?
 

Prices vary based on the craft and number of participants. Most parties range between $25–$40 per person, with a minimum group size of 8. Custom quotes are provided when you reach out. A 50% deposit is required upon booking and full payment is due the day of the event.
 

How do your prices compare to other creative workshops?
 

Local paint nights often start at $45+ per person without customization or travel. With Cute Crafty Events, you get personalized craft options, supplies delivered to your door, and a private experience with hands-on help.
 

What areas do you serve?
 

We currently serve Toronto, the GTA, London, Barrie, Penetanguishene, and Orillia, with flexibility for events in nearby regions. Travel fees may apply for areas outside the core zones.

What ages are your crafts suitable for?
 

We typically cater to teen and adult parties however, most of our crafts are suitable for ages 8 and up, but we’ll tailor the activity and instruction style based on your group. 
 

Do you do kids’ birthday parties?
 

Yes! We offer fun, colorful, interactive parties that are a hit with kids and easy for parents. We bring everything needed and even offer themed upgrades if you'd like to make it extra special. Kids must be 8 years old and host parents must be present for the entirety of the event. Certain crafts are not suitable for kids parties and we'll let you know the best options during your initial consultation.
 

What’s your cancellation policy?
 

Cancellations must be made 10 days prior to the event for a full refund. Within 7 days, we retain a 50% deposit to cover supplies already purchased. We’re happy to reschedule for a rain date if needed!
